That's Right. Don't save the March 15th, 2016 date ... save October 18th instead! The PDD is moving!

We are making a BIG change in 2016. For the past decade, the WMPMI Professional Development Day (PDD) has always been held in March. many of you may plan for that on your calendars, and with your budgets, so we wanted to get the word out now. Beginning in 2016, we are moving the event to October 18th!

Why you ask? With the growth and increasing popularity of THEProject Collegiate Project Management Competition, which is held each April, our volunteer staff, members and sponsors are easily overwhelmed. While we want to maintain the highest quality standards for both events, we are moving the PDD to the fall. We believe this will offer the best options for all of our stakeholders, and allow everyone to fully benefit from everything our Chapter has to offer. More reminders will follow as will additional details.

Important News Regarding WMPMI Monthly Dinner Meeting Venue Change

Beginning Monday, January 11, 2016, WMPMI's monthly dinner meeting will be held in room 120 ATC on the main campus of the Grand Rapids Community College from 5-8PM. Room 120 ATC is located on the first floor of the Winsner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center (ATC), located on the northeast corner of Ransom Avenue and Fountain Street in Grand Rapids (Number 11 on the map below).

Parking for the dinner is available across from the ATC at GRCC's Bostwick Parking Ramp, located at 175 Ransom Avenue NE, Grand Rapids (number 8 on the map below). Although you'll be required to pull a ticket upon entering the lot, WMPMI will provide you with a parking pass when you check in for the dinner that allows you to exit the lot at no charge.

The Bostwick Parking Ramp and the Wisner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center are connected by a bridge. Upon entering the building, take the elevator or staris to the first floor. This will lead you directly to the check-in table and the banquet room. We look forward to seeing you!
