Keynote Presentation: Using Your Brain For A Change

Every project is a change project. The latest research on how our brains work shows how we can use this knowledge to transform our work to introduce new ideas, embed them, and motivate people to change and maintain those changes long after the project has wrapped up. This is key for our organizations to meet regulatory compliance, compete in a fast-pace marketplace, and retain happy employees who understand and support the organization.
